Orchid Registration – You do not need to create a user and login before you have access to this form, however if you do the applicant data will automatically populate for you based on the information you enter into through your user registration.
Applicant Data – This will automatically populate based on the information you registered with. If you want to update that information, simply update the information for your user through the user login page.
Orchid Data (Seed / Pollen) – There is no need to select a genera first. Just begin typing the name of the hybrid or species you will be using for your registration. These boxes auto-fill from the database, it will wait till you stop typing for two seconds, and then the box will populate with an available selection.
Required Fields – Required fields are marked with a red asterisk(*).
Post Form Submission – You should receive a pop-up that notifies you that the submission was successful. You will receive an email telling you that your submission is pending review.
If you receive a pop-up that tells you that it may have been successful, but it could not be verified, it is best to try the submission again, especially if you do not receive an email.

We will normally review the new submissions each day and approve them unless we have a question. You will receive a conformation email telling you the registration has been approved, and at that point be able to find your new registration through our search form.
